I took my car in to be repaired and Gerber did a good job. From the time I dropped the car off, Gerber sent email keeping me informed of there progress. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I appreciate the care they took with my vehicle and the concern they showed for getting my vehicle back top me in the time promised. I had a very good experience.

From the time I initially took my car for an estimate to picking it up upon completion, I found my experience with Gerber to be fantastic. Honestly, I was surprised to receive such excellent customer service since one rarely if ever sees that from today's businesses. All those who I came into contact with were informative and professional. They arranged for a car rental agency to pick me up making it even easier for me as the consumer. Their communication regarding the progress on my car was outstanding. Not only did I receive text messages on my cell phone regarding status, I was actually called by an actual human being every couple days to keep me in the loop. Seems like good overall workmanship on driver front fender & door. Have to take back though in a couple of days due to door entry button on door handle not working. This was the door they were working on. Passenger side handle button works fine. Must be connection harness in door didn't get connected. Otherwise very happy so far.

I stopped in the shop on my way out of town for a three-day trip in the hopes that my car would be repaired while I was away. My issue was time sensitive, as I would be returning to graduate school out of town in less than a week. The staff was incredibly understanding and had my car finished before I arrived back from my three day trip. Their work was flawless, and I so appreciated their efficiency during this hectic time in my life.
