Service was good, they seemed to know what they where doing. I have worked at a body shop for the past four years as the office manager in Alaska. So I have pretty good knowledge of how the process works and the time it should take for the repairs being done. Gerber gave me an estimate for a three day repair and had the car done in two which was great as I did not turn the damage into my insurance company so I was also paying for rental coverage as well so getting it done early saved me $45 in additional rental fees. I did ask for a small rock chip to be fixed on the drivers side door to be touched up but that was left untouched but with getting the car done early I feel made missing that somewhat ok. I would recommend Gerbercollision in Pueblo Colorado.

Unfortunately, it was our second experience with the team at Gerber in Pueblo West. Everything was a pleasant experience from the front desk cheerful employee, Alicia, to the final inspection of our vehicle repairs. Kudos to Gerber in Pueblo West for hiring such a fine team.

I am very satisfied with quality of service provided by the entire staff at the Pueblo West shop.I was advised & updated of the work being performed & when it would be completed. I will reccomend that shop to anyone who wants top quality repairs done to their vehicle. The office staff answered all of my questions & cleared up some confusion concerning insurance matters. What a positively incredible staff!! Pueblo is known for poor customer service and a lacking workforce. From walking in the door to Gerber, you're put in a King or Queen's status with the highest level of service. It doesn't matter if there are other customers piling up, the service is efficient and all are ackknowledged. Alicia is the most efficient front office personnell I've seen. She multi-tasks along with such professionalism and efficiency, it was a treat to watch her in action. Everyone is expediently handled. My next experience was with Julie, who assessed the damage. She indicated the face value but was certain to express, Gerber takes pride in their work and will want to insure there is not internal damage which is not visible. Sure enough, she knows her business and there in fact was. Initially I was in a rush and Julie was ... very gracious and understanding. Her response was basically, we will do everything to deliver it by the requested date but we would never want to let you down not only from delivery date but also rushing through and not doing what you do best. Sure enough, we laughed because there were 4 bumpers ordered before receiving the right one and I knew nothing because the timeline was met. My husband has had an experience with Abba which is a few doors down and was very frustrated and displeased. Although the insurance company gave me 3 companies where I could seek a bid, I stopped at Gerber because the level of customer service was immeasurable. Jim was my next contact. He not only kept me up to date on the repairs, he was so detailed, they found an opportunity to fix something outside of the accident but was damaged and called me to offer to fix it for an added fee. How much better can you get than that!??? Lastly, I received a call my car was ready. Because I was up and out the door early, I arrived with other heavy items in the rent a car. Without hesitation before I knew it, Ron was out there lifting bags of bark from the rental to my SUV. What an incredible team! I feel like I should be the poster child for such spectacular service. There isn' a better feeling that be respected and appreciated for bringing your business to a company. I have three businesses of my own and value the customer service portion so I cannot let time go by without expressing my full appreciation. So many customers leave happy but never take the time. While I’ve been traveling since picking up my car, I have to tell you…no where in Pueblo has there ever been a higher level of service. From the point of the car being inspected, to the rental car arrangements, to the car being picked up. Farmers Insurance referred me to your Pueblo West office as well as 2 other competitors. I stopped at Gerbers after experiencing Alicia at the front desk to Julie on the inspection side. I was in a hurry to get the car back due to having to travel to and from Denver. Julie was reasonable and candid with basically saying, we want to deliver but we also don’t want to let you down either. Realizing I needed to slow down and allow the quality work to be done, we agreed on a promise date. As experts, I can see you try to anticipate the unexpected allowing enough room for still meeting the deadline. We laughed ... because there were 5 bumpers ordered, and the 5th one was the charm. Yet, they still met their delivery date and I knew nothing about the number of bumpers until I picked it up. I was kept up to date continually by Jim as well, he noticed something else non-accident related and gave me a quote. When I picked up the car and exchanged it from the Rent a Car, Ron was out there and before I knew it was moving heavy bags of decorative bark from the rental to the car to my car. I just want you to know what a pleasurable experience I’ve had with your team. Thank you for the level of management you possess because I believe people are a reflection of the their management. I was very happy with the customer service I received from Cacee and Alicia. I only dealt directly with them and Julie Stewart. All three were a breath of fresh air, compared to dealing with insurance company. The insurance company should consult with these three about providing exceptional customer service relations. The new bumper on my vehicle looks great, too!

This is my third time to have the need of Gerber automotive repair services. The first incident I chose Gerber through internet research and location. The second time I returned due to excellent service based on knowledge from my first experience. The third time I realized I would go to NO OTHER service provider as I had found the best thru and thru SUPREME auto care and service facility around.!! The consistency of quality and care shows through from the initial phone conversation, the front desk communication and care, the managers highest professionalism and the superior skills and service that are rendered into the finished product. .....all down to the finishing details of handing me my keys with a smile and an assurance that it was TRULY my consideration and satisfaction that they were there for!! I had such a good experience with Gerber in Pueblo West, CO! The people I had contact with made it a much better experience than I expected. Alicia, who manned the front desk, handled my paperwork, fielded questions and found answers for me all with a cheerful expediency that helped relax me right away. John, from Geico, was timely, polite and answered all my questions and added some I hadn't thought of yet. Julie, the estimator, was friendly, efficient and gave me a good idea of what was happening and would be happening during the time they had it in for the repair. Ron, the man who gave me a ride back and forth from my residence, was so nice and friendly it was a pleasure riding with him. When I got my car back, not only did it look great, but they had also washed the car for me - even the windows! As much as I hope I never need their ... services again, I'd go back to them without reservation if needed. I won't hesitate to recommend them, either. A great group of people! read more

I was very pleased with the service provided by Julie Stewart and the rest of the Pueblo West staff. There was a unexpected parts problem and everyone went the extra mile (literally) to resolve the issue, including making 2 trips to Colorado Springs to obtain the necessary part. The car looked great at pickup. I would have no problem recommending Gerber to others for collision repair and body work.

I did not have the tools to repair Porsc 930 door latch...I took the new replacement part to the shop and they immediately installed part at a reasonalbe charge.....they even provided me a ride home while car was in shop.....nice people all around at this location
