I brought my vehicle into Gerber Collision for some hail damage through Progressive, and was not entirely sure what to expect. My car looks fantastic, the staff were extremely helpful (I don't know a darn thing about cars and asked a bunch of stupid questions about PDR), even fixed a bulb for me that was unrelated to the hail damage! They also cleaned my car, INSIDE and OUT! (and I had a TON of dog hair in there...) I was really impressed and they went above and beyond what I could have possibly hoped. You never would've guessed I had hail damage. Thanks Julie, Mike, Eric, and especially Jeanette & Justin!! <3 <3

Customer Service was great. Everyone that we encountered was friendly, helpful, and courteous. They explained everything that had to be repaired. They kept us updated on their progress and they worked with our insurance in the same manner. We just got our car back, and we are very pleased at this point. Great company.

The team at Gerber was amazing , especially Alisha. They worked with my sister since she was off to get repairs completed. Went the extra mile to make sure she had rides home, worked on car rental and with insurance company. Kept us up to date on everything. When we go the car back there was an issue and they took care of it immediately at their cost since the insurance company declined to pay and it should have been part of the original repair. I will recommend Gerber to everyone. I cant say enough about the quality of customer service. I work in customer service and my sis is manager in customer service and everyone we came in contact with exemplified what stellar customer service should be . Thank you Gerber.

Overall excellent. Got the car back yesterday and it looks good. My one complaint so far is the difference in look from the new lights in comparison to the old! I know you can't replace both when only one is damaged...but it is very noticeable at least to me. A couple of tiny paint issues, but it looks great. Loved the text notifications! The people at the shop were wonderful, very friendly and extremely helpful. I think you did a great job! Thank you very much.
