good customer service. Dealt with Ashely, Julie and Casey...best customer service I've had dealing with companies recently. Most companies have let customer service quality drop but its nice to know there are still some companies out there that still care about the quality of customer service.

This was the most incredible experience I have ever had...When I dropped my vehicle off for repair Gerber Collision & Glass had a rental car there waiting for me...I mean, yes the Insurance had a lot to do with it but Gerber Collision & Glass along with GEICO Insurance took care of all the details...Once My insurance did an estimate on the damage, Gerber Collision & Glass took over from there...every time some thing was finished and they were moving on to a next step, they would call and let me know how repairs were going along the way...Picking up my vehicle was so easy and dropping off my prearranged rental vehicle was a piece of cake...My vehicle looked great when I picked it up from Gerber Collision & Glass as well... Gerber Collision & Glass, GEICO and Enterprise Rental did a wonderful job at working together to ... the finale step of this project... Very good communication between the three and I feel great about it... This experience was so profound that I know if I ever need a Repair facility again, I'm choosing Gerber Collision & Glass for the work... Top notch communication and what seems to be a great work ethic and did I mention the free Coffee??? yes right in the lobby as you wait for what ever, you can help yourself to Coffee and Snacks...Receptionist was great also as she answered all my questions that I had while in the receptionist area... Julie Stewart was my Estimator and she was sure helpful in helping me identify all the work that needed to be done and checking my vehicle before and after the work had been completed...Great crew and fantastic teamwork ... I was completely satisfied with the work done, they advised what would be done, approximate time line and contacted me on tuesdays and thursdays with updates, they let me know when they found some additional damage that would need additional work, when we picked up the car and discovered the engine light on and it had not been when the accident occured, they took the car into the shop and diagnosed the issue, a electronic sensor not related to the area damaged, this was above and beyond what they had to do and I give them a 10 for that and all the rest. they were very friendly and easily built my trust.
