She always provided me exceptional service and was very personable. They gave me frequent updates about the repairs being done on my car and were overall a great place to get my car fixed.

Gerber's John A. provided the estimate for my vehicles rear bumper. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and provided me with all the information on what I could expect through the repair process. The lady at the desk (sorry I did not get her name) set-up my rental car and assured all my question were answered. My car was completed in a very short period of time and the work was very well done. The paint matched the vehicle which can be difficult when painting a bumper. In addition, I'm hard of hearing and everyone I dealt with at Gerber was very patient when having to repeat themselves. Great jobs everyone, the five stars is well deserved.

The folks that handled the oversight and repairs of vandalism to my truck are amazing. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted courteously and professionally. All steps from the initial walkaround and estimate through to yesterday when I picked it up, I was treated with respect and my truck was taken care of to the utmost. Should the need ever again arise, I will certainly bring my truck back to Gerber.

The staff at the repair center in Pueblo West were easy to work with, professional, friendly, and kept me up to date on the status of my car.
