I was kept informed during the entire repair process and given excellent recommendations/advice when requested. Frank Rochelle was very professional and took a personal interest in my car...making sure it was returned to me in better than pre-accident condition. The service here was excellent from start to finish. Every team member I interacted with was friendly and capable. Phone call updates were frequent. One "above-and-beyond" aspect: They offered me the option of getting all factory parts and having them repair instead of replace one piece (as was recommended by the adjuster). I took them up on it and the result looks showroom perfect. Kudos to everyone there!

The employees are always friendly and helpful. The work is done in a reasonable amount of time. Usually earlier than the insurance company gives them. And the work is that of excellence. I wouldn't go anywhere else for body work.

Amica Insurance Company suggested Gerber Collision to handle the repairs on new 2013 Volkswagen CC. An unfortunate accident damaged the drivers side of the car. We were met by Mr. Frank R. We found Mr. R very friendly, professional and dedicated to our satisfaction with Gerber services. He delivered our vehicle back to us in a like new condition. We highly recommend Gerber collision and their Raleigh Capital Boulevard staff.
