Absolutely a fantastic experience! I had some paint and scrapes on the back, passenger wheel well, and came in for an estimate. The estimator (Steve?) came out, took a look, got some rags and products and cleaned it up in 10 minutes. I asked how much, he said nothing. How often does that happen? On a hot, muggy day, Gerber on Ice drive went above and beyond! I'd give them 6 stars if I could

I brought my car in for an estimate, yes, it was minor damage, a car had scraped the rear fender and back door and left white paint on my brown car. Charlotte, the Gerber estimator, took a close look at the damage, and with a rag and some magic fluid, she removed the white paint and the car looked good as new. Not what I was expecting. Thank you to Charlotte and Gerber, for an exemplary encounter with customer satisfaction in the forefront. Should the occasion ever arise, I will be back. Thanks again.

Totally pleased. The communication between the shop and myself was great - not too much and not too little. They under promised (8 days) and over delivered (5 days to repair.) The icing on the cake was that they vacuumed the cleaned to vehicle leaving one less thing for me to worry about. Thank you Gerber Collision!
