My car was hit by another driver while it was parked. Gerber put me in contact with an associated towing company. Gerber's customer service was excellent. Once repairs were arranged with the other driver's insurance, Gerber coordinated with them on my behalf. Text message updates were provided during the repair. The paint matching was not quite perfect, but it is barely noticeable and it is understandable given the age of my car. One headlight cover was damaged in the accident. Gerber convinced the other driver's insurance company to pay to buff out the undamaged headlight cover to match the replaced one. The repair was completed in a reasonable amount of time. I left my rental car at Gerber and they arranged for its return.

I was originally told that repairs would be approximately 1 1/2 weeks. Three days after that call came another informing me that my car was ready. The car looked great and the service exceeded my expectations.

The repair was completed on time as usual. We have 5 vehicles that have been repaired at this location and each time we received great service and the cars looked like new after the repairs. I would recommend this location to any one that might need body work or collision repair.

Loretta, Bradley, and Terry were great to work with. They helped restore my car in just 4 days. The original quote was 5 days so I was pleased to get my car back a day earlier. So far the new door works great. It was nice getting my car back with the inside wiped down and vacuumed. They definitely exceeded my expectations with that. Overall my experience at Gerber Collision was great.

Brad and Loretta provided outstanding service to me when I brought in my 2012 Toyota Camry today for advice on minor damage to its front and rear bumpers. This Gerber location rebuilt the front end of my 2007 Toyota Matrix to perfection in 2014 , so I returned trusting in their quality of service. Loretta was most courteous in arranging for a few minutes of Brad's time to assess the damage and make recommendations on how to make the repair. He even took a cloth from the shop to the bumper and showed me other places on both bumpers needing touch-up paint so "no one could see it." My thanks to Loretta and Brad. I know where to come for any future service!
