My experience with Gerber was fantastic! Lori D. was particularly helpful in working with my insurance company and making sure that the repairs to my car happened painlessly. Having just moved to the Raleigh area from upstate NY, I was thrilled to find a company that I can truly trust with my car repairs. Lori made it so easy to work with the repair shop in NY and my insurance to make sure that the repairs were made under warranty. I don't know what I would've done without them! I was guided to have my car looked at by Gerber collision by my insuranec carrier. The estimator I was working with was Frank Rochelle. He was courteous and extremely helpful. After assessing the damage, he took the car in back to have a repair technician "free" the door from binding on opening and closing. My car had been hit while parked and the driver front door and left front quarter panel was binding on opening the door. Tang was the technician's name and he was able to adjust the front quarter panel, and buffed where the edges had been rubbing in about 5 minutes. Exceptional results and outstanding service with no further repairs required. I will happily tell others about what a positive experience this was. You should be proud of the team that has been assembled there at your facility on Ice Drive in Raleigh. I know they ... are frequently working with folks under a lot of stress because of damage to their cars, etc. Being in a business that depends on customer service myself, I am always impressed when I see a team perform at an excellent level. The customer may "always be right" but they are not always nice. This team and their skillls go a long way to diffuse that stress and turn stressed customers into satisfied customers. Awesome!!! I was rearended in my KIA on I-440 and knew my car was going to be total lose but I was assured by Frank at Gerber that they would be able to repair my vehicle and they did just that. Frank kept me informed about my vehicle repairs at all times notifing me about 1-2 times a week. They worked with my insurance company and I didn't have to worry about a thing. My car looks like new they even were able to buff out a scratch I had from what looked like a shopping cart, just wonderful workmenship. The staff were friendly and courteous just an overall awesome team.

Gerber Collision far exceeded my expectations. I give them 110% satisfaction on the service they provided me. The receptionist was professional & the est appt she arranged w/ Frank Rochelle occurred on time. I'm confined to a motorized wheelchair. Frank recognized the fact that I was dependent on my van and was able to work me into the shop schedule. I already have & will continue to highly recommend Gerber.

Very good service. It took awhile to get the car in, but once there, they did a fine job. Brian even offered to repair and paint an additional nasty scrape at no cost. You'd never know anything happened to my car. I'm very pleased. Would use them anytime there is a need. Which I hope is never!

I would like to thank the staff at gerber collision for a job well done in a timely fashion and consistent updates. Brian B. and the staff were great to work with. I also received a very reasonable rate with Enterprise rental for a car through them. The weather did not cooperate here in Raleigh last week and was told by Brian that there was a slight weather related delay, which was understandable. One minor issue was when I went in for initial est with Brian, I asked if he could repair a minor ding on rear door caused by wreckless driver in a parking lot. He said he could touch that up in a jiffy but I failed to remind him about it and may have to stop by to get est to touch up but it was a very minor issue. I will recommend Gerber collision at every opportunity and once again thank you for the great service
