Charlotte at the front desk is the glue of the office -- she holds the whole ball of wax together and she interacts well with the Gerber staff and the customers, alike. Efficient , warm, and persuasive. Susan, the adjuster, is very professional and capable, yet friendly. She elicits trust and respect. I appreciate her reminding me of the coupon online, and this made me feel that she was committed to Gerber, but she also valued me as a customer. That makes me want to come back to Gerber. Brandon, was not only a safe driver but a body worker who took pride in his work. This young man was polite and respectful -- someone raised him right. He also spoke about how much he appreciated the opportunity Gerber had given him to learn on-the-job and develop a career direction. He's a keeper. Laurie is a life saver. I worried how to make my way home ... with all the 5 o'clock traffic on I 70/Glenwood. Laurie gave me great directions that took me home in about half the time entirely avoiding rush hour hold ups. And she was so sweet and pleasant. Gerber's product [efficient effective and timely repairs at good prices] is excellent, and your staff is outstanding. Brian (Gen Mgr) was professional and quickly took care of my concern. Raz (Tech) reattached the corner of my front bumper and the underpinning in less than 10 minutes. It looked brand new and I am very pleased with their customer and technical service.

Awesome job by the team. I was shocked to have gotten my vehicle back in 4 days when I was told it would be 7. They stayed in contact with me from the day I dropped off the vehicle and wasn't bothered by me calling to do my own check up. I didn't know what to expect as the finish product but the vehicle doesn't look like any damage occurred. The job was beyond my expectations. I will always choose Gerber for any of my repairs

All around wonderful service. Gerber and USAA worked together and kept me in the loop. All I had to do was drop off and pick up the car for my repair. Staff was very professional and nice which made the experience go very smoothly. I would highly recommend Gerber which was referred to me thru my insurance. . Great work and service. Thank you for the help. Oh.... and the car looked fantastic.

I can't say enough nice things about the service I received at Gerber. They were professional, fair, helpful, reasonable, and even sympathetic right when I needed a little human understanding. They bent over backwards to help me through what otherwise would have been a difficult and unpleasant situation, and minimized inconvenience to my family by offering such a quick turnaround on repairs. The repairs seem flawless, and I'm thankful to have the opportunity for a positive outcome, thanks to Brian and his staff.

The professional service I recievd at this body shop was superb. They were more concern not only of my repairs but whatever needs I might have. They where more concern for my repair needs than nationwide is on my side. Gerber was on my side but Nationwide was not. I am a retired soldier and I am proud to defend our country for a business like Gerber on 8813 ICE Drive. They are honest and caring but watch out for snakes like Nationwide!!
