I brought my vehicle into Gerber Collision in Redmond after first getting an estimate from a shop that refused to do the repair as I thought it should be completed. Upon getting to Gerber, Reno was extremely helpful and made us me feel welcome and assured me that the job would be done right. I left my vehicle feeling 100% comfortable that it was in good hands. Reno promised to update me on the progress of the repair on Tuesday and Thursday which he did along with a call to let me know that he was able to work with the insurance company to get my repair approved. I feel that Reno went above and beyond to make sure my experience was smooth from start to finish. The level of customer service was to the highest degree which is nice because its rare to find these days. The repair looks like new the paint job is flawless, Reno made sure to walk ... through the finished job with me and explained the warranty thoroughly. I would recommend Gerber and Reno to anyone who wants a job done right and is looking amazing customer service experience! read more
