Everyone at Gerber was polite and extremely helpful. My car was repaired quickly and I got amazing results. I delt mostly with Reno, and he was very intelligent and I felt I could trust him with my car. I did not go through insurance and they took that into consideration with the price. They worked with me to make sure it fit in my budget. I would recommend Gerder to all my friends.

I took my truck into Gerber Collision to have it repaired.. The service here was terrific I came to pick up the truck and noticed that the lower front cover was not fixed. I explained to Mike at the time that I wanted to use some of the money to repair the other side as well while it was in. I may have confused him, I meant to take some money off the fog light and not the cover. I called the store and spoke with the manager Reno who was very nice and very perfessional. He asked that I bring the truck in and he would get it takin care of right away. I took the truck back and they had me done in one day. I am very pleased with the shop and will refer all my friends and family.

Working with Jared was great. He was prompt, courteous, and stayed on top of the repair... even keeping me on my toes, working to make sure I was completely satisfied. The repairs (to both cars) turned out great and took far less time than I thought it might. I would absolutely recommend you to anyone needing body/glass work.

Both Michael and Reno at the Redmond location were incredibly helpful. They had all the necessary parts ordered the same day I dropped off the car after a collision. The repair was completed as quickly as possible, all while keeping me apprised of the progress. I would receommend Gerber to anyone!
