I received the most incredible service from your office in Redmond, Wa. In fact I had to have my car repaired last year and used your office at that time as well. Michael Williamson was my estimator and was prompt, efficient, relaxed and very kind. He told me exactly what needed to be done to my vehicle. He offered me options and deliverd on the timeline he gave me as well as the price. In addition he allowed me to return my rental car to your office and took it back to the rental car company for me. When I was in a wreck my first thought was "now I have to deal with insurance and body shop." I have had experiences with body shops in the past and they've always been negative. Gerber Collision is by far the best body shop I have ever experienced. From the day they took my vehicle in I was amazed with the customer service and the amazing work done to my vehicle. The General Manager Reno was consistently updating me on my vehicle's progress and would go out of his way to answer all questions. It truely felt that Gerber cared about me as a customer. I highly recommend Gerber to everyone!

Gerber Collision in Redmond did a fantastic job on my car. It looks better than it did even before the collision. I am incredibly impressed. The staff at that store were all extremely helpful, professional, and courteous. I appreciate how they kept me up to date on the progress on the car. Our other car needs a little bit of body work and I'm definitely taking my car to that shop. I'll be sure to recommend this store in the future.

I had a incident with my car in a parking lot. Dented my back passenger panel and scratched an area above the bumper. They gave me a low estimate compared to a competitor and delivered the car a day early, Also provided me with transportation to my home. I am a widow and live alone it meant so much to me. Washed my car and vacumed the inside. I will recommend to Gerber to my friends.
