The quote was quick and accurate. Both incidents were fixed very well and delivered when promised. When I reviewed the work, it was as if the auto had never been hit and still looked as new as when I received it from the dealer. It's a great place to take your work if you need body work.

We have gone to the Gerber location in Redmond twice now for non-accident related repairs to the exterior of our car. They are extremely friendly, do good work very quickly, and we have NEVER felt like they were trying to cheat us or over charge us; if the actual labor hours and parts needed to do the job come out to less than the initial quote, that is all they bill you for! Would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Keep up the good work!

I had just made my first payment (back in 2008) on my brand new car when it was side swiped while parked and the entire drivers side was wrecked. Gerber of Redmond did a fantastic job of repairing my car and making it brand new again. Just this past weekend, my windows stopped working so I took it into Gerber. They were able to fix it in 15 mins and did so as a courtesy as it was a quick and easy fix. Best customer service - I highly reccommend Gerber.
