Guest service. For those of you that don't know the difference between customer service and guest service, you have not been treated like family. Your loss! Kevin at the E Ridge Rd location took time TWICE out of his hectic day to take care of 2(two) chips in my paint. Explained to me what he was doing as he was doing it. Suggested the technique in how to apply paint also instructions on what to do after. Ended conversation with a handshake and telling me at ANY time to stop back and would take care of it again. Kevin NEVER charged me for his time and service. THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU AT GERBER!!!! Joe N

I was blown away by the Showroom Clean Interior and the car looked brand new off the lot. I'm Extremely Satisfied with All the repairs! My only question is, did the stag live on to chase another female, or did he die from his neck injury? I will never know? He was MIA from the scene when I went back to look. He hit me like a Bullet!
