Excellent customer service! I brought my vehicle in for a technician to look at with thoughts that if it could be repaired that I would have to make an appointment. I asked the staff if they were busy and was told yes, they were quite busy but would still have a tech look at my car. Immediately, they asked for my keys and within 5 minutes returned to tell me they were already working on the problem. When the staff returned with my keys, I was told there would be no charge for the service! I couldn't believe it. Not only did they service me immediately, fix the problem on the spot but they didn't even charge me! I would highly reccomend using Gerber if you are in need of collision/glass services. I was involved in a minor hit and run while parked at a gas station. I was driving my father's Buick Lucerne with a really fancy paint job (one of those iridescent pearl finishes). Gerber Collision was recommended by my insurance carrier. They repaired the dents and did a great job on the paint in less than 24 hours. Their Manager Barry and Receptionist Ashley were exceptionally kind, considerate and efficient which is much appreciated when you're dealing with car repairs. The price was excellent too. I had my car run into at the Atlanta airport. Luckily the other person left me a note and filed a claim with their insurance comapny. This insurance company set me up with Gerber Collision in Rome. I went in and had an estimate and scheduled an appointment for repair in 15 minutes or less. I then took my car in on the appointed date at 9:00 am and they were able to replace my bumper paint it and replace my tail light and have my car ready by 5 in the afternoon the same day. My car looks brand new again. I was very happy with the service and I will recommend everyone I know to go there and I will use them again if I ever have to.

Our SUV had a scratch on the rear left bumper area and we were very concerned with the outcome. State Farm highly suggested Gerber and after talking to Barry Carter, we were assured, the job would be easily fixed and the turn around time would be very, very fast. Our SUV was repaired and we were able to pick it up in one day! You cannot tell where the damage was at all and the end result was...happy customers! The guys even cleaned our SUV inside and outside! We were told the outside would be cleaned, but NOT the inside and to us, that was very welcomed and appreciated! Barry Carter, the general manager and Ashley, the front end young lady are the BEST! They both made us feel welcomed and talked to us very politely, used NO profanity and made our visit very pleasant! We highly recommend Gerber!
