Gerber Collision of Rome is truly the best of Rome. The General Manager, Mr. Dahlin, kept me informed with every step of the process. He and his staff made me feel very welcomed, comfortable, and a collision center I know I can trust. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable and professional everyone was at Gerber Collision of Rome. The repair was made very quickly and I had my car back the same day! I have already started referring friends and family to Gerber. A huge thank you to Mr. Dahlin for top-notch service!

I want to take a moment and offer my gratitude to the amazing staff of Gerber in Rome, GA. Ashley and everyone at the center are extremely courteous, professional and knowledgable. This is the first time I have been involved in any sort of auto accident and they were very understanding to my concerns and answered all of my questions thouroughly. The repair work is truly outstanding and I am impressed beyond words. My car was ready when promised and it was super clean, inside and out. I ran into a Gerber employee at a Subway restaurant during lunchtime. He was very helpful when I asked about a scratch that was on the drivers side front and rear door of my daughter's car. I took it by the shop and Bryan Dahlin buffed it out at no charge to me. He was very nice and all of my future bodywork will be going to Gerber

I was very happy with the work on my truck and the time it took to finish the job. We were told it would be ready to pick up 6/23/12 but on 6/20/12 we were called to come and pick up the truck because it was finished. I have done business with companies who could not finish when the said they would once and I have worked with companies who finished on time but this is the first time in my 68 years that I had a company finish the job ahead of schedule.

I could not be more pleased with how everything was handle by Gerber. Ashley Devans took better care of me than I could have EVER dreamed of. I have used Gerber in the past and keep coming back because of the hassle free environment! I feel like I called a zillion times and each time Melanie answered she was as nice as she was the first billions times I called. I NEVER felt as if I had bothered her! I tell everyone Gerber is the place to go and after this trip there... I have never been more sure of anything! Great Service, Great People! Bryan Dahlin is running an amazing business!
