I just had my car repaired at Gerber. Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional, but also very pleasant. I would highly recommended them. In fact, I took my daughter with me when I picked up my car so she could get an estimate on some repair on her car. She was given an estimate of approx. $700.00 as opposed to an estimate at another company for over $1,000.00. I am well pleased with the work done on my car.

Mr. Ray, The purpose of my letter is to call your attention to the extraordinary service and professionalism extended to me by Jennifer Parker, Mike Upton and all of the team at Gerber Collision & Glass at 11200 Alpahretta Highway in Roswell. Jennifer can give you the details but recently, after I had some body work done there, an odd situation arose that could have become very confrontational and unpleasant. It did not. Jennifer took responsibility, showing the greatest courtesy, and saw to it that I was happy and satisfied first. She was pleasant, professional, friendly and welcoming throughout. My auto was involved in a serious accident hundreds of miles from my home in Virginia. Every contact with the Gerber representatives was exceptional. I was encouraged to ask them questions and was provided detailed progress information. All correspondence was cordial and detailed. I was very satisfied with the way my car turned out. It looks as if the scratches were never even there. The appraisers were able to talk me through the estimate and explain to me what everything was and then were able to stay within that estimate, which was great. No surprises :)

I found a friendly and knowledgeable staff at Gerber. I was met by Ms Jennifer Parker who did my appraisal on Dec 3 and gave me her recommendation. When I called to arrange for my auto repairs on Feb 29 Mr Joe another appraiser assured me that my file was active and I could bring in my car that same day. My car was completey restored and made to look brand new. I would recommend Gerber to anyone who wants the best collision repair business in the industry handling their automobile. My car was vandalized by 2 men shooting a pellet gun. Two holes in the passenger side door resulted. Gerber was very prompt in the repairs. Kept me informed as to the progress and even had the car ready sooner than expected. The employees were very friendly and helpful in getting the car rental service there to pick me up. The repair is perfect and you would not know that anything had happened.

I was recommended this place by a family member and it was great. I drove up 2 hours to drop my car off and the place did a wonderful job. The staff was super friendly and also very experienced. My car was finished promptly and on time, cleaned, washed, and repaired. They even buffed out some minor scratches around the damage site as a courtesy. It was definitely the best experience I've had with a collision repair place. I would recommend this place to everyone! A++

On this date Dec of 2012 was the second time I used Gerber, I had my daughters Honda repaired there previously when someone hit her car when it was parked, which was a good experience. I returned when my SUV was hit while it was parked. I was taken care of by a great staff!! Everyone there was very pleasant to deal with! Jennifer Parker was great to deal with, she went over everything with me and worked with me and my insurance company. I was called periodically while they were working on my SUV and informed as to where they were at that point and when I could expect it to be completed. I will say Jennifer went out of her way to make me a happy and returning customer! When I saw my SUV after the repairs I was very pleased, they did a great job!
