I am so late in doing this but I have to say how wonderful Jennifer Parker was during my car's collision repairs. She called me with updates, answered all of my questions and was genuinely friendly and helpful. Nowadays that's hard to find! The whole crew at this Gerber location were great to deal with. I dealt with a young lady named Jennifer Baker. She was excellent. She let me drop the car off on a Saturday to have rear convertible window replaced. Car was finished and ready for pickup on Tuesday and it looked great.Jennifer was very efficient. She located a top day one. I was dreading the car being tied up several days and this was not.

I have had experiences at other body shops (such as Classic Collision) and I must say that the experience with Gerber was FAR SUPERIOR.
