I enjoyed my experience at Gerber collision. Kimberly was very helpful and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable about leaving my vehicle. When I returned she was there to walk me around the vehicle and show me the completed job. As a bonus the ladies in the office were super nice as well!

I would highly recommend Gerber Collision on Oak Street in Roswell for any collision repairs you may have. My Murano was hit on the back driver's side by a car that failed to stop at a stop light. It was not drivable when it came to Gerber. They got back to me within 24 hours with an estimated amount and timeline for the repairs. They indicated that they would be providing me updates twice a week via text message and/or phone call until the car was ready. Their communication was fantastic. I never questioned that my car was in good hands because I always knew what was going on with it. The car was actually ready 3 days earlier than anticipated and it turned out looking fabulous and driving like new. Gerber is a wonderful shop to work with if you ever find yourself in need of collision repair. They are honest, fair, and very customer ... oriented. I would highly recommend them. read more

Kimberly is awesome! She was thorough in her quote and kept me updated on my car throughout the process. It was so easy and painless! The car looked wonderful and so clean when I picked it up. I have taken multiple cars there and I am very satisfied each time. If you are looking around for car repair - you should at least come by to their shop for a quote!

Being without your vehicle is a frustrating experience but Gerber really made it feel easier. The communication I received by phone and by text was outstanding. I never once had to wonder what the status of my repair was. The staff was very friendly and professional. I'm very pleased with the timely repair and quality of service. He even covered my Enterprise car rental, knowing the repair was being paid out of pocket (vs via insurance) by the gentleman who hit my car.
