The Mercedes dealer had given me 2 names of where to send my car for repair, but because it is a fleet car, we had to use Gerber. I was expecting a second-class operation, but was treated incredibly by Mike and the crew from the moment I walked in the door. Mike even pointed out a defect in my tire, that wasn't even related to the incident. He provided a fast estimate and I received a call to get my car scheduled to get in very quickly. They arranged for a rental car company to meet me at their location and the repairs were done even faster than they thought. The car looks great and they even took care of a couple of small scratches at no charge! I would bypass the other body shops and head straight here if I ever needed to again! Mike U. and the Gerber crew took amazing care of me! My car was hit with a shopping cart by a Walmart employee, and my damage was repaired flawlessly, on time, and at a reasonable price. Mike called me several times to keep me up to date, and the auto-text system also kept me in the loop. I REALLY appreciate the work Mike and the entire team did from start to finish making this a no-hassle affair for me.

I received a quote on Saturday and they had my car in on Monday to begin work. They worked it all out with my insurance company and had no delay. They even had a rental car ready for me Monday morning! I was told that my car would be ready by the weekend, but when I told them the circumstance I was in, they found a way to get it to me by Thursday afternoon, well before schedule ! They really work with you on what you need. I got continuous updates throughout my repair and when I picked up my car it was beautiful! They did awesome work and I would not hesitate to use them again or to refer them to others. The staff was wonderful, friendly, and easy to work with. Thank you!

It was repaired for LESS that the original quote, within the time they said it would be done. They handled everything from getting my rental car for me to having the car detailed when it was finished. They also kept me informed throughout the process.
