What a great place to go after a collision!! While waiting to make a turn, in my 2012 Chevy Equinox, I was rear-ended which resulted in extensive damage to the back of my vehicle. Also, as a result of the accident, the air bag system, the seat belts, the door locks and multiple other parts required replacement, service and/or repair. Needless to say, I was not a happy camper given that my vehicle was in excellent condition prior to the impact! However, I cannot say enough about the awesome customer service and workmanship of the Roswell location of Gerber Collision! What an wonderful team of individuals who not only kept me informed throughout the repair process, but who also went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied. They dealt directly with the offending party's insurance company which was a great stress relief for me. ... I was also able to leave my rental vehicle there when I picked up my SUV as Gerber, also, deals directly with the car rental companies which, again, was one less headache for me! I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of collision repairs. Thank you to Jennifer and all who worked so hard to bring my vehicle back to pre-accident condition! My collision repair was very extensive and when the work was completed it looked like a brand new car. I was so amazed and satisified of them going above and beyond that they treated my car as if it was there own. They always kept me updated as the repairs were being done.
