Roswell, GA - 55 Oak St

My name is Zachary Smith and I recently had my 2009 Scion TC repaired at the Gerber Collision at 55 Oak Street, Roswell, Georgia. I had been in a minor accident but my car suffered significant wheel and suspension damages with repairs to the tune $6,000. I can not say enough about how wonderful the employees at that location are. Tammy at the front desk was very worm and welcome to me during the morning of the accident which helped make a tough day a little easier. She was also bright and courtesy on all follow up conversations we had and made sure my questions would be addressed (I'm one of THOSE guys, who asks a lot of questions.) She was great. Secondly, I wanted to thank Ross. I'm not sure of his job title - or last name- but he could not have been more professional or kind when speaking to me on the phone. He provided numerous phone ... updates to relay the status of my car, as well as following up quickly and precisely with my concerns. He is definitely the standard that other employees should strive to be like. He deserves the kudos. Lastly, they gave me an estimate of around 14 working days to perform the needed repairs, so realistically I was expecting at least some delay which typically happens with auto repair. Not only were there no delays, but I was able to pick up my vehicle 2 days before the expected completion date. I am a very pleased customer. My car looks, and drives great, and is cleaner on the inside than it probably has been since I bought it. Great experience from the woman who greeted me at the front desk to John who gave me my estimate and Scott who took my car through to the finish. The car looked great after it was finished and it was finished a day earlier than promised. I couldn't have asked for anything better. Thanks to everyone at Gerber.

Everything handled great. Gerber and USAA have a long relationship and there were no headaches with anything on my end. Jennifer Parker checked me in and ran through the repair procedure and John Murphy oversaw the work done to my vehicle. Gerber even buffed out my clouded head light covers. Nice touch. If I wasn't so annoyed with getting in an accident to begin with, this would have been a very enjoyable experience. Thank you. Vehicle looks great.

Amazing folks, right from the time I called to make an appointment, I was kept up to date with the procedure, what will the next steps be and what is happening with my case. I got a call from John at Gerber asking when I could get my car to the shop for the repairs. They took it right in and got started. When I got to the shop Elaina was so friendly and made me feel comfortable. She called Enterprise to get my rental car coming to the shop. The manager, Jennifer, came out to introduce herself and go over the process while we went out with John to look over the vehicle. They completed the repairs on time and even delivered the vehicle back to me since I was close by. The entire process was painless and my car looks like it did before the accident. I am very Thankful to the staff at Gerber!!

The service was performed at 55 Oak St Roswell, Ga 30075. The workmanship was excellent along with the staff. I was totally blown away when I went to pick up the car, the technician took it upon himself to fix my trunk that wasn't functionally properly and unrelated to the accident. That's going the extra mile. Great job. Would highly recommend this location.
