Excellent service and repair.

Once again Gerber Collission has gone above and beyond. I brought my car in from an accident Christmas Eve. I was going up a steep driveway when the car slid back and sent us backward down a revene. A tree stopped us, and we had severe trunk damage. Gerber representative Samantha Bailey with her diligent expertise worked hard to find parts to repair my car. I was worried it would be totaled. She came to my rescue, and the car will be fixed. Her personality and knowledge has made this a very positive experience. I can not thank her enough. I hope Gerber Collision knows what a wonderful employee they have. She is an asset. Great customer service! I can't always say this. In this day and age good customer service is hard to come by. Thank you Samantha Bailey!!

Samantha Bailey's commitment to prompt and thorough communication stands out in our most recent visit. I recently took my vehicle to Gerber Collision and Glass on Oak St. in Roswell, Georgia for collision repairs. The repair team at Gerber did an outstanding job repairing my vehicle and returned it to as new condition. Every detail was meticulously taken care of. Nothing was overlooked. The team there did such a good job fixing/repainting my Acura MDX drivers side a few weeks ago that I decided to take it back to fix/repaint some minor scratches and dents that had occured over the years on my Acura MDX passengers side. Again, the quality of the work was excellent and Jennifer Parker provided A+ service.

Jennifer Parker is a pro! She made the entire repair process simple. A rental car was available when I dropped off my car, I received regular updates on the status of my repair, and my car was returned to me in a matter of minutes after returing to Gerber for pickup. The repair was high quality and I would recommend the Oak Street Gerber Collision & Glass Team to others.

The service was good. There was an unexpected delay in getting the correct part due to the manufacturer repeadily shipping the wrong part, but the staff was persistent.
