I have to say I am very impressed. Mike and Jennifer over at Gerber did an unbelievable job. Not only were the repairs flawless and my car looks brand new, the service was top notch. I received a progress report halfway through the repair and another phone call when it was done. Would highly recommend this location of Gerber to any of my friends and family.

Mike Upton and Jennifer Parker were great ! Mike provided an update every other day until my car was ready. He was very Customer focused and did his best to return my car to me in pre-accident form. This was important to me because i had recently purchased the car. Well done, I would recommend Gerber without reservation.

My repair experience from start to finish was outstanding. Mike Upton is that man for customer service. He was very gracious, professional, and went beyond and far surpassed my expectations for customer service. An experience that I was not really looking forward to was made very easy for me. My car was done when projected and it looked like new when I got it back. Jennifer Parker, the general manager at the Roswell location was also very friendly and accomodating. I wish to commend Mike Upton, my Gerber estimator, for his professionalism. I used Gerber in Historic Roswell to repair our car last week (a non-insurance transaction), and he completed the work perfectly and on-time, and estimated accurately. Anytime there is collision damage it's an unpleasant experience,but Mike made it as smooth as possible.
