I have taken my vehicle to Gerber on a few occasions and the service is ALWAYS top notch!! The customer service is unparalleled!!! Most recently my vehicle was scheduled for a three day repair. To my surprise they finished in one. I received text messages throughout the process give me the current status which was a nice addition to their services. Amazing Amazing Amazing!! I picked up my car last night and it looked better than new!! They even cleaned out the inside, shampooed my carpets and floor mats. The entire process from start to finish was flawless and easy, done by the amazing staff. Jessica was super friendly and helpful, The general manager was beyond helpful and caring, the men who worked so hard on my car, and Miguel the estimator. I have nothing but great things to say about this office and how well put together they are and their ability to work so well together as a team to create a positive, and stress free experience for their customers. I hope I don't have to come back anytime soon but if i do, I know where I am going, and better be sure I am spreading the word to everyone I know!! I can't thank all of you enough!!

I can not say enough good things about this company. Jessica is a customer service queen and the men behind the curtain are just as awesome with the amazing repairs on my Mazda. The entire team over there went above and beyond to make my experience as easy as they could. They have made a customer for life over here and I will recommend anyone I know to go to not only Gerber but the Round Lake location especially, Im sure they are all great but Jessica and Tim really made me feel like a valued customer. Thanks for all you do I hope I wont be back anytime soon tho.

Wow a outstanding job Gerber did my car ready before the date they told me. Everyone so helpful and nice Jessica what a worker she is while waiting for them to pull up my car she was running around answering calls talking with customers in the waiting area what a worker! In the 55 years I have been driving, I have never had an accident that I caused, but that changed when I backed in my contractor's tailgate. State Farm recommended Gerber and I am so happy I took their recommendation. The staff there were professional, thorough and thoughtful. They apprised me of the job status and met my plea to have the work done in 5 days rather than 7. I highly recommend them.

I would have given them 5 stars but for one thing. They were courteous, attentive, fixed the car in a timely manner. There is small frozen clearcoat drip on the back of the car where they fixed the damage that was done to the door. I am thinking of returning to have it fixed but I do not want to be without a car for a day or more again.
