The service here was excellent and exceeded any expectation I had. The clerk, estimator, and manager were all a big help, and treated me with the upmost respect. They even repaired an issue with the turn signal that might not have been caused by the collsion. Also they extended my rental car, and provided me with quick accurate updates of the status of my car. Gerrit den Dekker, Herb Upton, Trisha Baker were some of the most professional and customer friendly representatives that I have ever dealt with before. I cannot express how great this store was, and will recommend it to all of my peers. Once again Thank You Very Much

I was very pleased with the customer service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The turn around time was only 2 days which i thought was very impressive.I would reccomend Gerber to any of my family and friends.

The services were great and I receive my vehicle back by the estimated date. The work was outstanding can not even notice there has been damage to the vehicle. Customer service is very great Miss Patricia Baker the representative at the desk is very polite and Mr. Stan Nelson Collision repair manager is a wonderful person and has superb people skills and works hard to satisfy the customer and returned my vehicle back to me in excellent condition.

From the moment I entered Gerber's office professionalism was very apparent. Trish greeted me with a warm smile and immediately proceeded to process my inquiry.She further informed me of progress dates during repairs and repeatedly assured me that I would have the vehicle not later than promised. Much to my surprise and satisfaction she returned the vehicle three days ahead of schedule. Additionally Trish relieved me of time and effort in contacting the insurance carrier. Stan previewed the repairs and assured me that any concerns would be corrected. I could not detect any deficiencies when it was returned to me.
