The level of service and professionalism of the staff was truly amazing. This isn't the first time I have had to have this kind of work done, but this is the very first time when I felt confident that everything was in good hands. The facility is very clean and inviting. The staff is friendly, welcoming and very good at communicating. The work done on my car was of the very highest standards. While nothing will make an accident a pleasant experience, my experience with Gerber Collision & Glass went a long way towards easing the pain of the incident. Herb and the staff were absolutely exceptional, friendly, diligent, and thorough through out the entire process. Good costumer service the minute I entered the building. Everything was handled during vehicle drop off and I was updated daily on the repairs. My truck was finished 2 days prior to expected date and was in great condition. My truck looks as if it was never repaired. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs any collision repair.

I brought my car in after a hit and run and I was really frustrated but the staff made me feel at home. The staff was fast, proficient and really knowledgeable. They kept me up to date with the progress that was going and immediately notified me when it was finished. My car looked as good as new. I definitely wouldn't trust my car to anyone else and give them a two thumbs up!!!
