Great service; great personnel; friendly; courteous. Had a great experience, if one can have a great experience getting a car repaired!!! I was told if I had my car in my 8 (could drop off the night before, which was very convenient) I would have it by 5. Sure enough I had a call at 3, by Matt, saying my car could be picked up at 4. How awesome is that...PLUS...$100 off since I did not need a loaner and was not going through insurance. IN ADDITION my car was washed...wheels were shiny...mats have never looked so good...interior was so clean...Would DEFINITELY recommend to someone. Thanks!!

Thankfully I rarely use a body shop. Matt and the team here did a great job on my rather smacked up Highlander. Matt explained what needed to be done, and what the timeframe would be. The vehicle was repaired within the timeframe. The office staff ( don't know her name ) was polite , helpful, and know how to run the coffee machine. I hope I don't have to choose a body shop again, but if I do I will return here. Rich

Gerber Collision did an AMAZING job on my car! I have a 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix, and they treated it like it was a high end car. They not only fixed the problem that brought me there, but they completely cleaned it inside and out. My car has never looked so good! I never had to wonder how the progress was going because they sent me a text message every other day to tell me how the repairs were going. They go above and beyond when it comes to repairing your car. Thank you Gerber Collision!

Upon need for my car repair, the repair shop called to let me know they had the right part ... however even though the part they had wasn't right and it required me to come back a second time, when they did get the right part ... I was MOST pleased with their attentiveness to professionalism and customer service. The lead guy, I forget his name, was personable and direct in his approach to me and my car repair. I even received a small refund for being over charged. I will, upon the need, be returning to this facility in the future.

Due to a rear-end collision I was directed to Gerber Collision & Glass located at 819 Estes Avenue in Schaumburg by Farmers Insurance. I was very impressed with their great customer service. They were very accommodating and helpful. They arranged an Enterprise rental car for me to use while my car was being repaired. I was updated each day to let me know how things were going and also an approximate date that my car would be ready. When I picked up my car I was very pleased and happy to see what a wonderful quality repair job Gerber Collision & Glass did. They replaced my bumper and right tail light and did some touch up painting. My car looked brand new. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to everyone.

I have dealt with this center when it was cars collision and my insurance covered the repair. This time I paid for the repair myself so as not to file a claim against my insurance.The people and the service and the Quality of the repair were outstanding.I would certainly use them again and would definitely recommend them to anyone.Thanks.

Recommended by insurance company, and as a return customer from earlier in the year, I have to say that the NEW Manager Matt and his team provided STELLAR 5 star customer and repair service. The quality in communication and service on this visit (Aug 2013) blew away the service I received on my prior visit (Jan 2013). Thank you Matt! (and your team). My vehicle had to be towed to their facility, and I received a quote within 2 days. Matt and his team provided service that was, and still is, beyond my expectation. Matt took the time to explain the damage and repairs that were needed, I asked a lot of questions too as I feared the location of the damage would mean it may have to be totaled. Although no one wants to deal with the hassles of a collision repair, the inconvenience, the uncertainty as to when the car would be ready, and the anxiety in how it's going to look, I have only the highest praise to Matt and his staff at Gerber. They took care of me and took the time to calm my concerns and provide me with the confidence that they would take care of everything to guarantee my total satisfaction. As it turned out, the car repair was completed on the date provided; I was kept informed throughout the process with regular updates via phone calls from Matt along with convenience of follow up text messages. I received outstanding service for the replacement of my 1994 Nissan Altima bumper cover. Matt H was very clear with the estimates after removing the bumper cover, manages repair processes effectively, efficiently, and ethically. Though this repair was due to a “no fault” accident, I am very grateful that the General Manager, Matt Henneken, took extra care in making my 2007 Grand Prix look and smell like a brand new car! I was really pleasantly surprised.
