I ran over a deer in the road, I could not tell how much damage there was. the people at this facility were nice enough to give my car a quick look to assure me it was ok to drive. Everyone there was very nice and very helpful. The repairs were clearly explained to me, before and after the work was done. the updates sent were helpful. The repair was done quickly. I picked the car up after a huge snowstorm, it was totally cleaned off. They even cleaned the inside which I did not expect.

My husband and I had gone to Zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Schaumburg because we were told to come in because my husbands one year old brand new car was starting to rust, John who works at the dealership was no help and told us that the dealership would not cover the damage on the rust and referred us to speak to a representative named Eli from Gerber Collision and Glass. Eli was very helpful and was nice enough to call his manager Stephen and asked if they had the color paint of our car. They did so we went to the auto repair shop and the manager Stephen put a clear coat of paint over the rust stains to help slow down the rust and it was free of charge. Eli and Stephen were very helpful.

In two months, I needed body work for my Lincoln. First time, an accident that was not my fault. The second time, I backed into a pole. Had Gerber fix my car to perfection. The crew was helpful, friendly, and thorough. As a senior citizen, I really appreciated the service.

Jason is very thorough about explaining what repairs need to be done and also what might come up as the repairs are being made. Making the customer aware of what might come up is very comforting instead of finding out later. The whole process and the quality work is excellent. This has been my second time with them and would highly recommend getting repairs done here.
