I want to thank all of the employees at this location for going above and beyond in their attention to what I needed even when I had no idea what I was doing. When I showed up I was at the wrong body shop altogether but instead of telling me where else to go they decided to deal with the insurance company for me and do the work right there instead. The whole process could have been so much more difficult if it wasn't for one especially helpful estimator named javonne kledis who was able to clear everything up. If there is any way to give her the recognition she deserves then I hope this will compel whoever is reading to do something so that happens because she really deserved it. Also I want to mention and thank the employees who cleaned up my car at the garage for making it look more spectacular than It had when I bought it new. Thanks ... to everyone at gerber. read more

Donnya was very greeting when I walked in. Tyler, Javonne, and Chris, the office staff are all very nice, even if you aren't working directly with them. Bill went above and beyond to help with out me some over spray on my vehicle. I will be using Gerber Collision for the next repair on my vehicle!

I have given this experience a five star rating just as I have with my past experiences dealing with Gerber. They do excellent work and I have used their services with or without an insurance claim. I especially want to make mention that Javonne made this a pleasant experience, she handled everything for me and constantly kept up informed with updates as the work was being performed. The place is clean with helpful friendly people. Estimator, Javonne K., was very experienced & friendly. She kept me informed throughout the progress of my vehicle. A bonus to have a driver available to transport to & from facility. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you Gerber.
