Gerber provided excellent service. They kept me informed all through the lengthy procedure of my car repair. I could not be happier with the service they provided, in particular, the service from Tyler. He kept me informed and calm throughout. I greatly appreciate that above and beyond the excellent repair work. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass, though I sincerely hope I never have need to use their services again!!

It was convenient to have Insurance agent inspect the car as well as rental service ready. They put my mind at ease about the process and the car turned out beautiful and clean inside and outside. I was very impressed with the service at Gerber. Chris R went above and beyond what was necessary which will definitely make me want to come back. When he brought my car around, he said that he could get out some of the little spots on my car with a mini buffer that he recently bought. He spent about 15 minutes getting out scuffs on my car. He was so nice about it and I'm very pleased that he did it!

Great and speedy service....I was out of town for the holidays and they did not charge me for storage of the vehicle which was great. If I need work done again, I would definately use Gerber on Raintree
