Everything went smoothly - arrived with dented car 8:30am. Met with adjuster, estimator and rental car guy and drove off 9am. Repairs were made perfectly and on schedule. My car was nicely washed and detailed when I picked it up; everyone was courteous and professional.

What I thought was going to be an expensive repair turned out to be a relatively inexpensive one thanks to the honesty and good advice Mr Jerry Castellano. I would like to thank David Polhemus of Geico for his way of explaining had to be done to my car and and his accuracy in how long it would take. Jerry Castellano of Gerber was great to work with and had such expertise in getting the work completed in a timely manner. He made a usually uncomfortable situation into a positive one with simple explanations and and a real can do approach. The second employee I had the pleasure of meeting was Stephanie Romo. Her check out for me was alleviated by letting me qualify for a discount from Enterprise Rentals that I qualified for, but didn't know about. Two class acts that I appreciated very much. Excellent service as always! Came in and was greeted by the manager Scott Hewitt. He was polite, pleasant and professional. Scott took a look at the car and quickly made all the accommodations to assist the repair. He definitely went beyond what I expected and made the experience a positive one on all fronts. When it comes to customer service Scott rates a 10+. Dealing with him was a positive experience and I would recommend anyone come to Gerber and work with Scott. His expertise and experience came through 100%.

I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the quality of service I just experienced at Gerber Collision, 8150 E. Raintree Dr., Scottsdale. My car was damaged in an anonymous parking lot hit-and-run. From the minute I brought my car to Gerber, I was glad that I did. Jerry Castellano, your Estimator, was sympathetic, courteous, kind, and professional. He assessed the damage, and gave me what I thought was a fair estimate of time to complete the repairs. My car was repaired in two days! Less than half the time I thought it would take. The quality of repairs are absolutely first-rate. You can proud of the professionalism of the people -- like Jerry -- who represent Gerber to the public, and to the quality, speed and service of the mechanics who work behind the scenes.
