We had the BEST customer service with your staff at Gerber. Kim was very professional and friendly. Meg was also very helpful, friendly and curteous. (Even Hector was sweet). This is the 1st time I have ever had to use a collision repair company. I had contacted Geico at 7:30am by 9 the tow truck was at my house and with in a few hours Kim had contacted me. They estimated that the following Friday the car would be done. Even with a delay with Audi parts they came through. We picked up our car on Friday 1/27. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision to anyone who needs their service. I can be your new Walking Salesperson! Please thank Kim and Meg for me for making the situation so painless and hasslefree.

I am sorry I did not get a chance to say goodbye before heading back to California. My husband and I were very impressed with your ability to keep us informed and we were very impressed with the ability of your company to complete the job so quickly and so well. We were pleased to find that not only was the car washed and shined, but the interior was also cleaned. What excellent service from all. We have put 1000 miles on the car without any problems. On Saturday when I picked up the car a nice young man also helped load all of our luggage from our rental car into our car and even helped us program my new Gps unit to get to my sons home in L.A. Exceptional Service Experience by Jordan Consoni -- The contact and kindness in this stressful situation has been amazingly calming by the help of Jordan Consoni on a basis that is clearly outperforming what customer service standards currently sit, Jordan has been proactive and updating my status, addresssing any/all concerns and really kept me in the place where i feel that all the scary stories of insurance and car repair will be something that i won't experience, this was my first accident i was so scared for any issues and i am truly amazed and thankful for the process how it has been to date and from the first day my car was accepted at Gerber & Nationwide.

My wife's car was in a collision in March of 2010 and you fine folks repaired it for us. The repairs were of high quality and we were very happy with the service provided to us. I worked in the body shop business for over 10 years and I am now an auto damage appraiser with The Hartford so I am very familiar with your industry. We recently had an issue that involved the original repairs. When I called the shop on Saturday to discuss the issue I spoke with your General Manager Scott Hewitt. He was very courteus and professional and assured me that he will handle the situation personally and take care of any of our concerns. I visited the shop today and Scott greeted me at the door already knowing who I was (I guess he saw me pull in). Scott took excellent care of me and got my issue resolved in about a half hour. I haven't needed a collison repair since the 70s. What a much better experience this has been! I knew when I walked in the door and the office was professional looking and the staff courteous that I had a good chance at a positive experience. Kim is great. Not only kind, but she explains every step of the process and walks you to your car after the repair. She went the extra step to make sure I was covered for a rental car. Thank heaven I only needed the front bumper replaced, but it was done in a timely manner and the workmanship is excellent. Overall the repair is top notch, the staff was professional and this was a positive experience. Thank you.

I had a minor accident with my car and I wanted to send it to be repaired by the company I had used in the past. The insurance company strongly suggested using you,so I did. I am so happy to say that it was a just a minor adjustment and the guys fixed it for me on the spot and I didn't have to involve my insurance company at all. So from now on if I need these serices I will be calling you and will recommend you to anyone that needs auto repairs. Thanks so much........I love those guys!!!!

Amazing! From the time by vehicle arrived to your shop to the time I got it back, service was awesome. I was kept informed every step of the way and you guys made it as painless of a process that it could be. I even called to inquire about a seperate issue that may or may not have been related to the accident i was able to bring my car in on a SATURDAY :) and the manager Scott came in on his day off to not only look at the issue but to fix it himself!!!!! It has been a long time since I received service like yours. Dave was outside and waiting for me and explained the damage and said he would call with the estimate. He then had my rental car ready for me. I kepted saying this is just to easy, What a great experience That same day I was called and to my delight Kim told me my car would be ready Friday evening. Unbelievable. I picked up the car Sat. morning and she was just so attentive, checked out the car with me explained the guarantee returned my rental .
