In a day when most people seem to do the bare minimum, Scott Hewitt the general manager truly did everything to make my car shine (literally) He is a service ninja! We had our windshield repaired here in Phoenix while visiting here - Brandon was the gent who served us - he was timely in the time given to us and gave us excellent service with a pleasant attitude and countenance. We so appreciated him - he kindly refused a beer but gladly accepted a cold soda pop. We highly commend this young man. He represented your company very well. I would be pleased to have an employee of his caliber.

Scott, the manager at the Raintree location in Scottsdale, Arizona has done a great job repairing my Audi A4 on two separate occasions. The service was prompt, the estimate was accurate and the workmanship was first class. I would highly recommend this repair facility.

My husband and I were absolutely thrilled with the service we received in repairing our Toyota Sienna. I have a broken ankle and as a result I am unable to drive. This obviously made it very difficult for us to drop the car off to be repaired. Michael Burke took care of everything. He made arrangements to pick my car up at the house and return it. He made it totally hassle free for us and in addition saved the insurance company the cost of a rental. On top of all that my car looks fabulous. Their ability to match the paint so perfectly is very impressive. We will be telling our friends. Thank you! I didn't realize that my car had been detailed. That made me even happier than I was which is hard to believe.

I'm getting to doing this later than I had anticipated and I apologize for that...A few weeks ago I had submitted another review over a weekend about my experience with Gerber which was definitely not a positive one. On the Monday following my submission the manager of the shop (Scott) had called and left me a message concerned about what I had written. We spoke later that day and I basically explained vocally what I had said in my review. He definitely showed real concern and listened to what I had to say about everything. I felt like he definitely cared about what I had to say and wanted to correct the wrongs and I can't express my appreciation enough for the way he handled everything. He had told me he would talk to the adjuster who handled my claim the next morning about how to do a better job - I believe - and I brought my car in the ... next day for him to check out. He fixed the part I had asked the previous adjuster to fix/look at/give me some idea of costs on and it looks amazing now. You can't even tell that it was cracked in the first place. I also showed him some issues I had with the way my light was repaired years ago when this same shop had repaired my car. Currently that still looks the same as it did but he assured me that he had ordered a part for it that was a quick thing to install which would make it look better which I haven't heard about/had done yet. He also had the car washed again and it was certainly a VIP wash which made it look even better with all the repair work that had been done. He got everything handled in a professional and timely manner and I feel infinitely better about the service and will feel even better about everything when the front light is fixed as well. I too had a pleasant experience with your Kim. Having a car damaged by hail is no fun. She was very efficient and kept in touch all along. The car was ready when promised. As an employee she is a keeper.

I cannot imagine getting such friendly, outstanding service from an auto company! I wish to let you know that Kim in reception was so helpful, constantly keeping me in touch as to how my repair was going - she just makes one feel GOOD even while waiting for the car to be returned. Then there is Hector - what an outstanding employee. I had lost an envelope {with money} in my car two months ago. I had given it up as lost. But Hector found it and returned it to me and refused a reward. Both these employees of your will forever be special in my mind.

Excellent Service, Understanding staff, Mike Burke had very good communication throughout the repair process, and kept me calm throughout, and kept me very well informed. Went over car and showed me everything they did. I hope I don't have to come back but if I do I will return to Gerber.
