Farmers Insurance Claim Number - SLU08127 Farmers Group Property and Casualty Insurance Company. I brought my car in on February 8 for repair. When I was told to pick up the car over six weeks later, there were so many things wrong with the car that were not even issues when I dropped my car off in February. I tried dealing with the service manager to no avail. He was ultimately replaced by Adam. I cannot speak highly enough about Adam and his attention to detail and his high level of customer service. My car was returned to me in perfect condition. Before Adam, I was extremely unhappy with Gerber. Since he took over the Thorndyke location, the caliber of service and quality of repair work have returned to the high level that I experienced years ago. Thank you, Adam. Gerber Collision & Glass needs to reward Adam for bringing quality ... and professionalism back to the Thorndyke location. I will not hesitate to recommend Gerber for collision repair to my circle of friends and family. read more

Just stopped in because someone threw a can of spray paint out in front of my truck exploded had bright orange paint everywhere. They where kind enough to take the time to help me get this paint off my truck for no charge. After calling several shops with no one willing to help me out thankful I stopped in here. Think alot of places have forgot about customer service nice to know there are businesses out there that haven't. Thanks Gerber Collision!

The initial inspection was easy and straightforward. We set a date, arranged for an enterprise rental, and it worked out the way the staff said it would. No surprises, good customer service each time I called, as well as face-to-face interactions. The vehicle was ready on time (one day early, actually), and the body collision repair is good as new. The one small "grow" occurred when I picked up the vehicle, and the windows/door locks did not work. I went back inside, told the tech, and he had it fixed in 10 minutes easy. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and would bring my vehicles back to Gerber.

Repair was done in a time3lymanner (as quoted). I was kept in formed on the progress of any problems. I am satisfied with the repair needed, and at a fair price. I would definitely use this facility again, although I hope not having to do so. In the meantime I will recommend to friends, that have a need for first class repair.

Insurance recommended Gerber for an estimate of driver side damage result of contact with another vehicle - Fred was great, took the time and effort to experiment with polish/buff for possible damage removal and it worked! - No need to remove door and paint! Thank you Fred!
