Thank you Gerber !!!!!! Came in for an estimate and my estimator Jesse D helped me out. Great people , Great Service I LOVE THIS PLACE !!! I had minor scratches that were annoying me on my Cadillac's tailgate. He mentioned they possibly could be cleaned up with a buff , asked for my keys pulled my car in and within mins returned with mouth dropping service. Service was excellent when I pick-up my vehicle. Jesse D provided superior break down on what internal damage I had on front of vehicle. What the insurance covered and what warranty I had on the service. I'm glad i decided the location and happy that Jesse D gave his helped and explain what he fixed. I was referred to Gerber today by Cassidy T. when it was discovered that one of the low beams of my headlamp was not working. I stopped in for an estimate and received better service than I could have imagined. Jesse was very pleasant and thought it might be simple but wasn't sure about the configuration for my car so he took my car into the shop to consult with the shop manager; I think his name is Sam. In a matter of minutes they had replaced the bulb needed and sent me on my way. This was fantastic and I will certainly look forward to returning to Gerber the next time I need glass or body work on any of my cars. Thank you!

Hartford Insurance recommended Gerber and I am very appreciative. Jesus D. did the initial assessment and estimate; he was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to schedule the repairs within a few days and the work was completed on schedule, as he estimated. Sam returned the car to me and he worked hard to clean a stain on the roof. I'm very satisfied with the professional service at Gerber. My car looks like new again! Thank you.
