Mr Hershberger didnt only exhibit courteousness friendliest aditude during our first meating at Gerber but displayed the kindliest and accomodating personality where i felt very much attended to at the time that any customer needed the most. he showed interest and willingness to listen and answer questions and concerns and most of all explained everything in detail with assurance for cust satisfactiobn. he cetainly is an asset to this company and a model for all employees. The entire staff at Gerber was very helpful in what was a very diffcult time. Yesenia made the intial intake process seamless and David kept us informed in every step of the way about the status of our vehicle. I got my car back a few days before the traget delivery date which was expcetional service for me. I would definetely use Gerber again based on the customer service.
