A corrosive substance dripped on the hood & fenders of my 2006 Toyota Camry. Also, I cracked my front bumper sliding on ice into the car in front of me and decided to have the bumper fixed at the same time. Gerber did a great job and my car looked like new. The next day, I misjudged pulling into a parking place and scraped my new bumper on the the mud flap of a truck. I immediately brought the car back to Gerber and expected to make an appointment for the work and to pay to have the bumper buffed out/touched up. Much to my surprise, Gerber did the buffing and touch-up while I waited, and at no charge! That is GREAT customer service!!

I had a very minor problem with my Toyota van. A couple of the screws had come out and needed to be replaced. I dreaded going to the dealership where I would have to make an appointment and pay who knows how much for this simple repair. I happened to be in the Skokie area on business and saw a Gerber collision center, so I stopped in to see if they could help. I didn't get the woman's name but she sure was helpful. I was there for maybe 10 minutes and she had one of the guys put in a couple new screws. Problem solved! Thanks again...hopefully I won't need any more minor or serious repairs, but now I know where to go!

Please allow me a few words about my wonderful experience at the Skokie location, 8250 Skokie Blvd. Both Dave and the manager Tom were truly exemplary in their service to me. I was kept up to date on all the time needed to complete the service. And they explained exactly and thoroughly what they were going to do for my car. Being in a collision is never a fun experience, but Gerber Collision and glass at the Skokie location made it almost a pleasant one. Everyone there from the receptionists and the other staff were courteous, kind, and professional. Especially I cannot say enough kind words about David and Tom. And Tom person came out to greet me personally and we walked around the car and he showed me all that was repaired.
