"We had used Gerber Collision repairs services "several times" when our children were teenage drivers. We have since relocated to the opposite side of the city of Chicago and have changed insurance companies. After a recent one car collision that was my fault, I was unfamiliar with any body shops or repair services in the north suburbs of Chicago. I found a Gerber repair shop online and was relieved when my new insurance carrier approved their services without having to get multiple estimates. Having dented a new Lexus CT200h (with a body style that had only been on the market for 2 months) I was pleased that Gerber was able to find parts and complete the repair as promised in a timely fashion. I would not consider using anyone but Gerber for future repairs. They are the best."
