After someone hit and run my vehicle was in need of a lot of repairs. My insurance agent recommended to go straight to Gerber. The whole process went smooth thanks to James who was attending to me and my vehicle through the repair process. James was following up with me every two days explaining in which stage the repairs are and when can I expect it back. Even though my car should have been done in two weeks they managed to expedite the process and finish it within 10 days. Very good customer service especially when you are in stress associated with road accidents.
