I recently brought my minivan in to get repaired. i was given a 14 day eta on the return of my car. Jim had called me 10 days after drop off letting me know my car was ready. within those 10 days, Jim would call me and keep me updated on the progress of the repairs and answered any ?'s I had. I was very pleased with the service Jim & Gerber provided and will recommend anyone that needs repairs done to this Gerber location. There is another Gerber closer to my house but I heard this Gerber was the best and that seemed to hold true. Since then, my mother was in an accident and she had asked where she should go and sure enough i recommended Jim at Gerber. as of right now, her car is here and waiting to be repaired.
