James Heitzman was professional and welcoming from the start. I told him I was trying to get estimates for the insurance company and he went right to work. Another company I went to seemed irritated by this request. He was very easy to work with and delt with the insurance company without problem. The repair was timely and well done. I would go back - hopefully I will not need to.

Gerber's James Heitzman was very considerate and helpful throughout the process. He called when the work was estimated and told me what to expect my costs to be. These were not exceeded. He honored my request to get the car back by a certain time. Great to work with a company whose people are attentive to customers!

I was happy with the work done and David, who helped me was very friendly and helpful. He wanted to address all my concerns and questions. I returned to Gerber a few days later with questions and he was again very helpful. This is the second time I have used Gerber and I was very happy with the results both times. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME AROUND FOR ME COMING TO GURBER . IVE BEEN TO MANY PLACES BEFORE . i WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED WITH HOW THE FOLKS AT GURBER DISTINGUISHES THEMSELVES FROM ALL THE OTHERS WITH THERE TIMELY SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM, DAVE CALLED ME MULTIPLE TIMES THROUGH OUT THE SERVICE WITH UPDATES. AND ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS I HAD. ALSO THE HAVE HAD THE QUICKEST TURN AROUND FOR REPAIRS THAT I HAVE EXPERIENCED . THAT WAS THE FIRST TIME AND IM HAPPY TO SAY THAT IT HELD TRUE FOR THIS SECOND TIME. THATS QUALITY WITH CONSISTANCY IN MY BOOK . I WORK IN THE SERVICE INDRUSTRY AND KNOW HOW IMPORTANT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS.
