Gerber really provided excellent customer service. I couldn't ask for anything more. They constantly kept me in the loop regarding my repair via email, sent me a repair cost estimate within 2 days, and was able to repair my car one week faster than the original completion date. Employees were very kind over the phone and took the initiative to give me update calls!

Came to Gerber because they fixed my car through an insurance claim and did a great job. This time someone scratched my car in parking lot. Jason my estimator just had Thomas a gentleman that worked in the back buff the scratch and touched it up because i was not prepared to pay $1000. They always take good care of me when i go there. I will always come back and refer my friends.

Everything first class. Came in without appointment and got estimate within 10 minutes. Estimator Dina E. friendly and efficient. Gerber was able to take car immediately and promise repairs to dented door within 48 hours (Friday afternoon). Car was ready late Thursday, a day early. Excellent work - can't tell where the damage was. Also, liked the one cup coffee maker in the waiting room.
