I had work done a few weeks ago when they were called John Harris Body Shop. They did a great job on my car. It took a few weeks but it was worth the wait. They were very good about keeping me updated on the progress (or lack of progress), and it was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Highly recommend this shop for collision repair.

Estimator (Gloria) was professional and efficient. She took the necessary time to look closely at the damage to my vehicle, but wrote it up quickly. She explained my options as well. On repair day, I was in and out in less time than anticipated, and the charges matched the estimate. Thank you.

I had the unfortunate luck to see them 2 weeks in a row. The service was beyond amazing!! Both times they were professional and kept me informed the entire time. They did a phenomenal job repairing my car. I had used a different body shop in the past where I had problems with the repairs they did several months afterwards and they did not follow through with their commitments. Gerber restored my car to perfection. I love everything about my experience with them and will refer them to anyone! Thanks for making a stressful time and events great! Your staff is amazing!

My car has been at Gerber Collision so many times that I have them on speed dial. Last year, damage to rear could not be fixed properly, because it had been previously repaired incorrectly in another state. Insurance wanted to total my car. Larry and Steve B. worked with them to go back to first shop and have them pay under warranty. All that to say, they really go the extra mile to do what is best for each customer. My car looked beautiful-until someone hit the exact same spot this year. I hope this isn't going to be an annual event. Just picked up Bessie and she looks good as new. Thank you Steve B. and Team: Chris, Jimmy, Brophy, Amanda and all those in the shop that make them look so good up front! Love the way you text updates, to keep me in the know. Very professional.
