I recently discovered a few small, but very noticable paint chips on the passenger side doors of my two month old car. I stopped in to Gerber convinced I was going to have to shell out hundreds of dollars to have the entire side of my car repainted. Darrell, the general manager at Gerber, and one heck of nice guy, suggested that I save some money and fix it myself with touch-up paint from the dealer. "What happens next month when some other guy opens their door into your car? Are you going to have it repainted again?" He asked me. I told him that I was worried I'd make the damage worse and he then offered to do it for me. I showed up the next morning with a $7 bottle of touch-up paint and the guys at Gerber covered my paint chips, buffed out a scuff mark, and even cleaned an ink stain out of my headliner. I suspect they might ... have vaccuumed my floor mats too. All of this and I was in and out in under twenty minutes! As expected due to the metallic in my car's paint, the damage is still somewhat visible, but the touch up paint will prevent it from rusting, or chipping further, and my car looks a lot better now than it did before I brought it in! Most importantly, Darrell's advice saved me from wasting hundreds of dollars repainting a side of my car that's sadly almost certain to just be damaged again in the future. Everyone at Gerber was so nice. I'm very grateful for the honest service I received and I will definitely go back to Gerber should I be unfortunate enough to need their services again. The guys at Gerber got my car in on the same day it was rear-ended. The estimate and repairs & part order were done the same day. They were great to work with. Coordinated w/ insurance well & rental car company well. They ordered a rental car for me almost immediately so I wouldn't have to wait around all day & now my car is running great. They guarantee their work, so if I do have an issue in the future, I will definitely be calling Gerber again.

I had a great experience with Gerber! I took my car in on a Wednesday to have some auto body work done to it, they had to fix 3 different parts of my Jeep Grand Cherokee. They said my car would take 3 to 4 days. I picked it up that Friday. They did a great job on my car, it was back to normal! Gerber also rented a car for me so I wasn't out a car when mine was getting fixed. Having a car hit your new car is not a pleasant experience, but Gerber made my experience stress free.
