as a result of my vehicle leaving the roadway, I asked to have the front end checked for any damage. I was told that it was on two occasions. My vehicle is leaking coolant and oil so I'm not entirely happy with the experience. I have to now make an appointment to have it resolved.. The auto body repair work was fine.

Awesome experience! Dropped my car off on Tuesday and was told the work would be finished by Friday. I received a call on Wednesday saying that it was finished early! They did a fantastic job! Car was detailed to my surprise and looks better than new! Great service and great staff! I'm thankful to have had them referred to me!

I recently took my car to Gerber Collision and Glass in Spokane due to damage from an MVA. The service I received there was caring and outstanding. I was always kept informed of my car repair and I appreciated that. I dealt with Gary at Gerber Collision. He is an outstanding employee for your company. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision to my friends and family due to the outstanding service I received. My car repair looks like my car is new where it was damaged. Keep up the good work and give Gary a raise.

Access to the location was easy; service provided was excellent. The representative was knowledgeable and courteous. Work was done in the time estimated and was done well. A failure of the insurance company to notify the location of specific coverage was quickly handled and favorably resolved when I picked up the car. My experience was great.

Oh my gosh!!!! I met with Gary S. this last Saturday morning, Sept. 13, 2014. Someone tried to break into my car over the night. The drivers side, front dood lock my pushed in and scrtches by the lock and hatchback. Gary mentioned if it's nothing to big, we won't charge you. I laughed and said, yes you will. I had my appointment this morning to get an estament. The guy in the shop brought in the door handle and just needed to put the screws back in. As I am waiting I go up to Gary to pay him.I even threatened to loiter until I got a bill. He said, "Loiter away." They also want to buff the scrathes as well. And shedualed to do that. I do a lot of networking in my city, doing fundraisers. I promis this, word will be going out today, promoting Gerber Collision and Glass. The moment I walked in on Saturday, whatever the outcome, i ... new I was in good hands. Safeco is my insurance, and I have gone to a different business in the pass, so when Safeco referd me to Gerber, I had some hessitation. Gary from the walk in to leaving , went way above and beyound the meaning of customer service. The guys in the shop were just as awesome too.
