This has been the third time I've used Gerber and am continuously impressed with the professionalism of Jeff T. He communicates progress regularly, offers and schedules a rental car if needed, and ensures we are satisfied with the final product. The quality of the work has been quite good and one time that follow up was needed Jeff was right on it and ensured everything was completed to our satisfaction.

Even though the right parts were ordered but the wrong parts were sent which meant a long delay in getting the car back, Gerber Collision made it right by repairing other scratches on our car that were not related to the recent collision. I had a truly wonderful experience with Gerber and am very pleased with the results. My car is an older model and Jeff made every effort to get the replacement pieces I needed as quickly as possible and for the best price, which I know was no easy feat! He worked closely with the third-party paying for the damage done to my vehicle, he kept me up-to-date with his team's progress, and he delivered a car that was shinier (inside and out) than it was the day I purchased it. I'd definitely recommend Gerber to others and will go to them again if ever my car needs their expertise.

Jeff T. for President! He was professional, personable and took care of all the details. I didn't even have to arrange for my rental car. Jeff kept me informed of my car's progress while being repaired. The other staff were friendly and helpful as well. Customer service is alive and well at Gerber Collision & Glass/1318 W. 2nd.
