this truly from my heart i have never work with a company ever like gerber collision where the customer service was beyond excellent they made me feel like i was working with family i had never felt comftable and at ease the whole time they had my car they deserve so much more then a thank you and a great job they all deserve a big big raise thats how the best service they had offer me...i will never forget them i will forever be thankful to have work with them i will be a forever customer and will tell everybody all over how great of a place it is to have gerber collision work on your car i was totally blessed...Thank you gerber family for everything god bless all of your great employees a experiece of a life time...

Collision repair is always unfortunate and stressful. The Tacoma Gerber team, first and foremost, extended compassion and understanding, which illustrated a very human side and showed they truly cared for their fellow human beings. They were extremely knowledgable in their estimating skills and explained everything as we went through that exercise. The kept me informed as the job progressed and actually beat thier time budget. I can't say enough about the repairs they performed. My auto has not looked this good for years. I am one happy and satisfied customer.

Sir, I have only been to Gerber Auto twice but I have been extremely satisfied with their services. I was recommended by USAA during an insurance claim to go through you for services and I am more than pleased with the work that has been done. Rarely do I go out of my way to write a letter or email to a business, but the Gerber Auto in Tacoma has some of the most outstanding employees I have met. Any future work I have or friends that need a recommendation, Gerber Auto will be where we go.

I had some old damage on my car, the guys there fixed it enough to where I can open my rear door now, it's been years since I could, I was so happy I could of hugged my estimator :) plus the repairs are so nice.

I first brought my van in on a USAA claim, that didn't work out so well with myself and the insurance people. But my service writer there helped me get my van fixed and provided the highest level of customer service I have had in many years. I was just blown away, great job!!

I was distraught when I was involved in a collision on my birthday. I completely thought that my car would never ever look the same. I was very skeptical because I didn't trust any collision repair shops. I just thought that they did such sloppy jobs and cared about the pay and not about the cars. I was without my car for about 22 days. So I got used to driving the rental car. The day I got the call about my car being ready for pick up, I was sooo scared and nervous. I was sad to let go of the rental for I feared that my car would not look the same. When the rental car company dropped me off at Gerber, I felt like crying. I was so so nervous! I made my way inside and I immediately told the receptionist that I was scared and nervous! I told her that I don't want to see the car if it does not look the same and she laughed. I went outside to ... meet the guy that went for my car. As he pulled up in front of me. My jaw dropped! I was soooo ecstatic to see my car! All my fears went away for I saw a completely different car! Indeed it wss different because My car had came back better than before my accident! I truly am grateful for the hard work they put in my car! Hands down, without a doubt will recommend Gerber to anyone a d everyone! My new neighbor backed into me at 6am, 2 days after I moved cross-country to Washington State where I knew NO ONE. My car was 2 weeks old. His insurance company recomended Gerber as their preferred body shop. By 2pm the same day, the car was at Gerber for an estimate and they were able to take it in the same day. Mike Willimason arranged for a rental while my car was being repaired. He called me every couple of days to give me updates and tell me of the progress they were making. They arranged for everything and went above and beyond what a normal body shop would do. They took a personal interest in my car and made the whole thing feel painless. I would recommend them without any hesitation! The car looks fantastic and they returned it spotless!
