I brought my car in to have your men look at the broken window and the bumper that was hit. with in minutes i had a rental car and they took my car in for the repairs and stated it will take a few days to get this taken care of and I recieved a call a few days later and all the repairs were taken care. i had broken glass in the rear of the car and they took extra care in making sure all the glass was out of the rear seats,for i had a child seat there and they cleaned in as well. Dennis was very helpful. First, my insruance set an appointment with a towing company that never showed. Liberty Mutual called Gerber and Dennis had a tow truck out to my house within minutes and gave me a follow up call. I am not very knowledgable when it comes to my car. Dennis and Dez (sp) were on the phone with me anytime I needed explaining to me what was going on. I never felt taken advantage of or pushed as I do at most places. You all were also done before the estimated time you had originally given me. How AWESOME!!! Thank you so much for all of your help and wonderful work. My car looks great. The team here at Gerber went above and beyond.
